Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-10-02
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, contracting of and use of RepuOrbit. Contracting the service will require express acceptance of these Terms and of the other applicable conditions through the mechanism enabled in the sign-up or contracting process.
1. Purpose and definition of the service
The RepuOrbit service is provided by IATASKIA S.L., tax ID (NIF) B05703038 (Spain), hereinafter “the provider”. Contact: legal@iataskia.com.
RepuOrbit is a SaaS platform that assists businesses in managing reviews: it prepares responses with AI under human control, allows you to approve/edit/regenerate/ignore them, analyses patterns, detects problems and strengths, proposes actions based on the evidence, and delivers periodic reports.
RepuOrbit generates content assisted by artificial intelligence, which can be approved, edited, regenerated or ignored. When manual approval mode is used, the client must review the content before it is published. AI recommendations are decision support and not a guarantee of results. RepuOrbit does not guarantee that content generated through artificial intelligence is free of errors; the user must review the content when the service configuration requires human approval.
2. Account, requirements and obligations
Account creation
To use the service you must create an account by providing truthful data and keeping it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity carried out under your account.
User requirements
The service is aimed at companies and professionals. You must have the legal capacity to contract and use the service in accordance with the law.
Client obligations
- Use the service in accordance with the law, these Terms and the conditions of the integrated third parties.
- Have the necessary authorisations over the data and accounts you connect.
- Review the content generated by AI before publishing it when you use manual approval mode.
3. Connections with third-party services
The service may integrate, depending on your configuration, with third-party platforms. Their use is additionally subject to the conditions and policies of those third parties, which are outside RepuOrbit:
- Google Business Profile / Google for reviews and publishing.
- WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and Telegram for the delivery and approval of responses.
- AI providers (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini) configured by the client.
Credentials / API Keys
The client may use credentials or API Keys of its own artificial intelligence provider. These credentials are stored protected by the security mechanisms implemented by RepuOrbit and are used solely to execute the features configured by the client. The technical detail of the security measures is documented in the Data Processing Agreement.
The client is responsible for keeping its accounts, credits, limits and conditions with the external providers it configures active. The use of third-party services depends on their availability and their conditions, which may change.
4. Permitted use and prohibited uses
Permitted use
Use the service to manage and analyse the reviews of your own business or of businesses over which you have authorisation.
Prohibited uses
- Manipulate reviews fraudulently.
- Generate or use fake reviews.
- Use the service in a manner contrary to the policies of Google or other platforms.
- Process personal data without adequate legitimacy.
- Attempt to breach the security of the service.
- Abuse or overload the infrastructure.
- Carry out unauthorised reverse engineering, to the extent legally permitted.
- Publish or spread unlawful, misleading, defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
5. Intellectual property and client content
The service, its software, design, contents, visual identity, logos and distinctive signs are owned by the provider or its licensors, or are used under the corresponding licences. No right is transferred to the client except that of use in accordance with these Terms.
The content that the client contributes or connects (for example, reviews and responses) remains the client’s or its owners’. The client grants the provider a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will treat as confidential the non-public information of the other to which it gains access on the occasion of the service, and will not use it for purposes other than its execution.
7. Availability, maintenance, support and dependence on third parties
The provider endeavours to ensure reasonable availability of the service and may carry out maintenance tasks. Support is provided through the enabled channels (for example, contacto@iataskia.com).
RepuOrbit partly depends on third-party APIs, platforms and interfaces. Their interruptions, modifications, limitations or changes may affect certain features. To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, RepuOrbit shall not be liable for incidents arising exclusively from the actions or failures of third parties beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the liabilities that may legally correspond.
8. Suspension, cancellation and renewal
Suspension
The provider may reasonably suspend the service, endeavouring to inform the client where possible, in the event of:
- breach of these Terms;
- security risks;
- fraud or abuse;
- legal requirement;
- use that may harm the service or third parties.
No arbitrary suspension without cause will be carried out.
Cancellation and renewal
The client may cancel its subscription through the mechanisms enabled in the service. Cancellation will prevent subsequent renewals in accordance with the applicable billing conditions. Before contracting, clear information will be provided about the frequency, renewal and financial effects of cancellation. The loss of Founder status associated with a cancelled subscription is governed by the provisions of the commercial conditions.
9. Commercial conditions
- Available plans: Individual, Multi-business and Agency.
- Monthly or annual billing. In the annual mode, 10 months are charged for 12 months of service (equivalent to 2 months free), according to the current price of the selected plan.
- The prices shown are before taxes and the applicable taxes will be added as appropriate.
Free trial
The Individual and Multi-business plans include a 7-day free trial before the first charge, in accordance with the conditions shown during contracting. The Agency plan is governed by its specific commercial conditions.
Founder price
- The Founder price is limited to the first 300 eligible paying accounts.
- Founder places are counted by historical grants. The cancellation of a subscription does not free up or return its place to the available quota.
- A free trial does not consume or reserve a Founder place.
- The Founder place is granted after the first valid payment, if places remain available.
- A Multi-business account consumes a single Founder place.
- The Agency plan is excluded from the Founder price.
- The Founder price is maintained as long as the corresponding subscription remains active.
- The cancellation of the subscription entails the loss of the Founder status associated with that subscription. A subsequent contracting will be carried out at the price in force at that time, with no right to automatically recover the previous Founder rate.
Before confirming any paid contracting, the selected plan, the applicable price, the taxes where applicable, the billing frequency and the other relevant financial conditions will be clearly shown.
10. Data protection and DPA
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. When the entity operating RepuOrbit processes data of its own clients (accounts, billing, support, security, contact), it acts as data controller.
When RepuOrbit processes personal data on behalf of a client business in order to provide the contracted features, it acts as data processor and the Data Processing Agreement applies in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. That DPA (version 1.0) forms an integral part of these Terms and of the contract where applicable.
11. Liability, force majeure and modifications
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, excluding indirect damages and loss of profit to the extent legally possible. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for breaches arising from force majeure causes or events beyond its reasonable control, such as widespread infrastructure failures, outages of external services, disasters, extraordinary interruptions, provisions of authorities or other events legally considered force majeure. This does not turn ordinary service incidents into force majeure.
Modification of the Terms
RepuOrbit may update these Terms where necessary due to legal, technical, operational or service changes. Where the changes are relevant to an existing contractual relationship, the client will be informed with reasonable notice where applicable. The current version and the date of last update will remain published.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent in accordance with the applicable regulations. Where mandatory rights or jurisdictions apply, they shall not be excluded.
