RepuOrbit is a SaaS platform that helps businesses manage and learn from their customers’ opinions: it prepares responses to reviews with artificial intelligence under human control, analyses patterns and trends, detects problems and strengths, generates recommendations based on the evidence of the reviews themselves, and delivers periodic reports.

The website is intended to present the service, facilitate contact, provide commercial information, and enable access to the features and contracting processes that are enabled at any given time.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the site is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network contracted by the user. The use of certain features may require registration and acceptance of the applicable conditions.

User obligations

The provider adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the site, the platform and the information processed, without prejudice to the security measures that also correspond to the user. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of disputes, and where legally appropriate, the parties shall submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable regulations. Where the user is a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction legally corresponding to them shall apply.
